Join me, Silvio Bessone, for two days of chocolate-making, from bean to bar, all in real time. This course will be offered throughout 2024, and the voucher will be valid for 12 months.

Services Offered in the Chocolate-Making Vacation Course
Experience two days of chocolate preparation with me, from cacao bean to chocolate bar. Everything will be done live, and the course will be available throughout 2024. The voucher will be valid for 12 months.
Starting today, you can gift a Chocolate Experience for two people.
Here's the program:
- 6:00 PM: Tour and tasting of chocolate from bean to bar.
- 7:00 PM: Chocolate preparation with a recipe chosen by the clients. The bean-to-bar process is exclusive for each couple and uses a dedicated, exclusive mill.
- Cacao Contaminations Dinner for Two: A 5-course tasting menu, with drinks by the glass included.
- Overnight stay at Cioccolocanda, a simple and "chocolaty" facility.
- 8:30 AM: Buffet breakfast.
- 9:30 AM: Continue the course with:
- Checking the refining recipe.
- Practical manual tempering for each participant.
- Creating personal chocolate bars and discs with fruits and truffles.
- 12:00 PM: End of the morning session.
- Working lunch: Served inside the CioccoMuseo.
- 2:30 PM: Continue the course with:
- Molding the chocolate bars.
- Personalizing each bar.
- Finishing the truffles and tasting all the bars made by the participants.

Presentation of diplomas and the bars produced during the course (included in the price per couple).
