Evening Services and Menu
Dinner "Cacao Contaminations for Two"
- Aperitif with small mixed fried vegetables in the Piedmontese style
- Appetizer: Chef’s Palette with cacao aromas (seasonal, also with truffle)
- First Course: Tricolor tagliolini with porcini mushrooms
- Main Course: Bessone-style Veal Tartare in Bellavista
- Dessert: Three-temperature cake with fresh fruit (the cake is made by guests during the pastry mini course with Silvio)
- Tasting of three chocolates by Silvio Bessone
- Coffee, Lurisia Sparkling and Still Water
- Wines by the glass included during the service: White and Red selection "J'Amis" by Silvio Bessone, Bessone’s Yule Cacao Beer, Barbera, Dolcetto, Barolo or similar depending on the evening, Moscato DOCG
After purchase, simply respond to the email you will receive and let us know the names for the voucher.
Any special needs, such as gluten-free or intolerance menus, will be handled upon prior request and confirmed.
Also, provide the email address to which the vouchers should be sent. If you have a specific date, make sure of its availability before making the purchase.
Cioccolocanda services are operational exclusively on weekends, during national holidays, and exceptionally on alternative dates if agreed upon in advance with the management.
