We set the product expiration date according to very strict criteria, as there is a BIOLOGICAL expiration and a GASTRONOMIC one. I mainly consider the latter, as it is much shorter and more evident. A product deteriorates in taste before it does in safety, but if a sweet is a personal reward, it should be at its best.
