We offer a special stay designed by a diabetic chef who uses diet therapy to manage his blood sugar levels. After years of collaboration with the Panzironi Brothers, we have decided to dedicate a cacao-scented stay to all diabetics like me, who need to drastically reduce their carbohydrate intake.
Our "Low Carb Cacao Contaminations" stay is designed to address all issues related to insulinic foods, avoiding harmful substances for the body.

We produce some CoccoLife products for Life 120 and collaborate as consultants on various other products dedicated to those who have decided to make a change in their lives and take preventive care of their health. This offer was tested and approved by the Panzironi Brothers on October 9, 2019.

Dinner "Cacao Contaminations for Two"
- Aperitif: Small mixed fried vegetables in the Piedmontese style.
- Starter: Chef's palette with cacao scents (seasonal, also with truffle).
- First Course: Tricolore tagliolini (low carb, made with flour by Bessone) with porcini mushrooms.
- Main Course: Veal tartare by Bessone in Bellavista.
- Dessert: Triple-temperature chocolate cake with fresh fruit.
- Tasting: Three CioccoLife 120 chocolates by Silvio Bessone.
- Coffee, Lurisia Sparkling and Still Water.
- Wines by the glass included: White and Red "J'Amis" selection by Silvio Bessone, Barbera, Dolcetto, Barolo, or similar depending on the evening.
After purchase, simply provide us with the names to be listed on the voucher.
Special requests, such as gluten-free or intolerance menus, will be managed upon request and confirmed.
