Exciting Journey: A Tour through the Flavors of Cocoa and Piedmontese Tradition

Menu for 2 People:

• Charcuterie Board with a glass of J'Amis
• Starter: Cocoa-infused Palette
• Main Course: Cocoa Braised Ravioli
• Second Course: Capocollo in Bessone Crust
• Dessert: Fondant Cake or cart dessert, depending on availability
• Tasting of three chocolates
• Coffee
• Included beverages by the glass: at the discretion of the service, depending on the season

Upon reservation, a Life 120 style menu, with substantial limitation of insulinic carbohydrates, and special menus for intolerances are available.

From September 21 to January 31, you can add the White Truffle Option to the menu for an additional €25 per person to be paid on-site. The first course will be replaced with truffle tagliolini (availability may vary due to seasonality). Upon confirming the reservation, an email will be sent with booking instructions.

The Cioccolocanda Kitchen is only operational on weekends and national holidays, with occasional specific dates to be agreed upon in advance with the management.

The package includes the following activities:

• Visit to the Chocolate Museum with a tasting of the day - 11:00 AM

Once the service is purchased, you will receive an email to indicate whom the service is dedicated to and then a PDF with the numbered voucher, with a date of your choice or 12 months of validity, along with all the information needed to book. If you require an invoice, please indicate this on the voucher request form and it will be sent to you in due time.
