Violet Chocolate Pralines were inspired by reflections on the royal gardens, where violet flowers grow abundantly. King Vittorio Emanuele III used to pick a bouquet of Violets every morning and present them to his beloved Queen as a sign of Love and Respect.
I knew that this was the Queen’s favorite flavor and I wanted to capture it in a chocolate, where the delicate essence of violet perfectly blends with the richness of chocolate. Each praline is a small tribute to her elegance and her love for nature.
In my laboratory, surrounded by aromas and ancient recipes, I feel as though I travel through time each time I prepare these confections. It is as if, through my work, I could weave an invisible bond with Elena of Savoy, celebrating her legacy through the flavors and scents that characterized her life.
