White chocolate is often overlooked by chocolate connoisseurs, but it is loved by a large segment of the market. We produce it using premium cocoa butter from southern Brazil, combined with excellent German milk powder.
Caracas 67% Bar with Hazelnuts / Caracas 67% Bar without Hazelnuts
Dark chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa from the port of Caracas, aromatic and very dark, ideal for pastries and excellent fruit fondue, with an intense yet delicate flavor. Caracas dark chocolate is a tried-and-true specialty that we have been producing for about eighteen years. Over time, we have improved the cocoa beans and the production method, but it has always provided excellent sensations to the public. It is also ideal for confectionery, as it is a couverture chocolate that is very melt-in-your-mouth and aromatic.
Venezuela Bar with Hazelnuts / Venezuela Bar without Hazelnuts
Milk chocolate made with Ocumare cocoa from Venezuela and fine milk; flavored with natural vanilla beans. Excellent for pastries to prepare mousse or fruit fondue, but also delightful to eat by the bite. Milk chocolate must have great balance, as it is a blend of two fats of different origins: cocoa and milk powder. Light varieties from Venezuela and Asian cocoas are recommended for their delicate flavor. The rare quality milk is cold-processed, as per the best German tradition, preserving the aroma of northern pastures.
