New Year's Eve 2025 at the Taste of Chocolate

Cioccolocanda is a simple, tourist-oriented establishment dedicated to chocolate!

Not recommended for snobs, radical-chic individuals, or those indifferent to chocolate!

The evening will be enhanced by a festive atmosphere with background music, creating the perfect setting to celebrate the arrival of the new year in an unforgettable way.

From 4:00 PM: Check-in at Cioccolocanda at street F. Gallo 19 and room assignment with priority booking.

From 6:00 PM: Visit to the Chocolate Museum with a documentary on chocolate production, from plantations to chocolate treats, including a guided tasting from cacao bean to praline.

From 8:15 PM: CioccoAperitivo Pantagruelic: a buffet of appetizers and sparkling wines to start the evening with flavor!

From 9:00 PM: New Year's Eve Dinner with a special “Cacao Contaminations” menu:

• Appetizer: Palette of cacao aromas (Veal tartare and Aztec Cagliatina)
• Zamponetto of Morozzo capon with lentils
• Topinambur flan with Raschera fondue
• Main Courses: Cacao navel on a Parmesan cream
• Tagliolini with white truffle (if available)
• Second Course: Beef fillet from Carrù (Luca Gazzera Butchery), cooked sous-vide
• Dessert: New Year's Dessert
• Tasting of three chocolates and coffee
• Drinks by the glass included: J’Amis White, J’Amis Red, Yule Beer with cocoa, Barolo DOCG, Moscato d’Asti DOCG sparkling wine for the toast

Brunch: From 11:00 AM, a mega New Year's Eve buffet with sweet and savory items, both cold and hot, will be set up at Cioccolocanda. A triumph of indulgence as a wish for an excellent 2025.

After purchase, simply provide the names for the voucher and the email address to send it to.

For special menus, intolerances, or allergies, all necessary changes will be made, but only with a written request from the interested party.

Any additional services not listed on the e-commerce site can be paid for at check-out.

OFFER VALID FOR THE FIRST 2 BOOKINGS

A deposit payment is valid for two people and represents 50% of the service cost as a confirmation deposit. The balance will be paid at Cioccolocanda upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation or withdrawal within 10 days of the event, the offer will be converted into a “Cacao Contaminations” stay for two people, valid for 12 months, if communicated in writing and confirmed by us. In case of cancellation within 24 hours or no-show without notice, no refunds will be issued, unless otherwise agreed with management.
